To ensure you have a great treatment please take a moment to review this important information.

Coordinate Your Arrival Time

Plan on taking it easy the day of treatment. Your exact arrival time will be confirmed the day before treatment. Keep in mind you will need someone to drive you to-and-from your treatment (Using a rideshare service is permitted).

Review Consent Forms

Review the consent forms for your specific treatments. You will sign the forms electronically on the day of treatment.

Clean Both Eyelids

Clean your upper and lower eyelids with a q-tip every day, using a mixture of 1oz warm water and three drops of baby shampoo.

Discontinue Eye Makeup

Stop using any eye makeup. Discard any existing eyeliner or mascara to prevent infections.

Dress Appropriately

Wear lose lint-free clothing and sneakers. Do not wear jewelry or fleece. Do not wear any perfume, cologne, lotion, hairspray or scented deodorant.

Eat Light

Eat a small breakfast. Avoid caffeine.

Do Not Use Eye Medications

Do not use any eye medications on the day of treatment.

Call Before Departing

To minimize your wait time call our clinic prior to departing.

Remember Your Sunglasses

Remember to bring the protective sunglasses you were given at your work-up appointment.

Important information to keep in mind for your treatment.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand things come up, we make it easy to reschedule or cancel your treatment. To ensure treatment day runs smoothly we ask that you reschedule or cancel with at least a 7-day notice should you need to reschedule. Rescheduling within 7-days of treatment is subject to a $200 scheduling charge.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your treatment, we ask that you provide us 7-day notice. Cancellations within 7-days of treatment are subject to a $200 cancellation charge. You will be refunded your entire treatment amount, less the following services which are non-refundable once rendered: scheduling deposit, workup exam, monovision contact lens trial, cancellation charge (if canceling within 7-days of treatment).

Driver & Rideshare Policy

We prefer that you have a friend or family member drive you to-and-from your procedure. This is so that we may review instructions with them, as well as having someone to assist you on your journey home. Your driver may leave their contact information with reception and we will call them when you are ready to depart. You are permitted to use rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber, please inform your coordinator to assist in requesting a ride, escorting you to the driver, and asking them to assist you when you return home. We always ask that you ride in the back seat after your treatment.
