Amazing experience. I had the SMILE procedure done here and it was quick, painless, and smooth from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they remember you and make checking in super easy. They’re also very responsive over the phone, always quick and helpful in answering any questions. Dr. Haddad and his team were all excellent, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Their coordinator, Jessica, was fantastic super fun, personable, and supportive. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, very thankful to all of them.

The experience at Laser Eye Institute has been very thorough. All staff were able to answer my questions and help me understand not just the actual procedure but how best to apply my FSA benefits as well. I also like that they recognize teachers and front line workers. It’s nice to be honored in that way.
My SMILE procedure was yesterday, but so far my vision is already amazing. A bit of mild discomfort today, but I’ve been assured it will get better each day. I’m also surprised at how good my up close vision is. It’s actually better than it was with mono vision contacts. This is huge for me as that has been a frustrating vision issue for me over the last few years.
Can’t wait to see what the next few days bring!

I had an amazing experience here at Laser Eye Institute! I got SMILE surgery and could see with 20/15 vision the next day! I couldn’t even feel the surgery itself. I seriously cannot recommend Dr. Haddad enough.
I had the SMILE procedure on 8/14 and it was such a flawless experience. Dr. Haddad and all of his staff were phenomenal! They are very friendly and knowledgeable! The whole experience was amazing! I will be forever grateful for Dr. Haddad and his expertise!
