LASIK Coverage For Davis Vision Insurance

Laser Eye Institute offers preferred benefits on all laser vision correction (LASIK, SMILE, and PRK) for patients with Davis Vision or Superior Vision insurance.

Coverage Details (2025)

Both Davis Vision and Superior Vision are owned by Versant Health. Benefits are the same across both plans.

All members are eligible for a free consultation to find out if they qualify for LASIK, SMILE or PRK.

Additionally, all members receive 20% off our standard rate, or 5% off our lowest advertised rate. This ensures as a Davis or Superior Vision member you receive the lowest possible price.

Some members are eligible for a one-time allowance of $500 to use towards their laser vision correction treatment at Laser Eye Institute. This benefit will vary by plan.

Who Is Eligible

Davis Vision and Superior Vision are vision insurance plans that are often bundled with medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana.

All members are eligable for a free consultation and preferred rates. Some members will be eligible for a fixed $500 allowance to use towards treatment.

How To Use My Benefit

Simply present your Davis Vision or Superior Vision member card or member information during your consultation to receive benefit. You may contact member services at 1-800-999-5431 if you do not have your member information. Your vision insurance member ID will be different than your medical insurance member ID.
