Coordinate Transportation
Arrival times are provided 1-day prior to treatment. Someone must drive you to-and-from treatment (but does not have to stay).
Start Using Eye Medications
Begin using your eye drops twice daily, up to three days before treatment.
Clean Both Eyelids
Clean your upper and lower eyelids with a q-tip, using a mixture of 1oz warm water and 3 drops baby shampoo.
Discontinue Eye Makeup
Stop using any mascara or eye makeup to reduce the chance of infection.
Dress Appropriately
Wear comfortable lint-free clothing. Our laser rooms are a brisk 62 degrees. Fleece, wool, and jewelry are prohibited.
No Scented Products
Do not apply any scented products, especially on your face. This includes lotions, perfume, body wash, face wash, and scented deodorant.
No Eye Medications
Do not use your eye drop medications the morning of treatment.
Additional Information
Treatment itself is quick, however, plan for a three hour appointment. Exact arrival times are confirmed the day prior to treatment. We will try our best to accommodate a morning or afternoon preference.
We prefer a friend or family member drive you to-and-from treatment to review instructions and assist you home (you will be sedated). Your driver may leave, and we will call them when you are ready to depart. Rideshares are permitted. Please inform us if you are using a rideshare and consider your safety, you will be sedated. Ride in the back seat after treatment.
We understand things come up and you may need to change dates. 7-days’ notice is required to change your treatment date. Changes within 7-days are subject to a $200 charge.
Should you need to cancel treatment you will be refunded less any services that have already been rendered. Deposits are non-refundable.
